Please state the purpose of the appraisal, i.e., selling, buying, tax, estate, litigation, or some other purpose.The appraiser will email a reply back to you with a fee quote and turn time. The appraiser will provide other details concerning the inspection of the property. Please be as detailed as possible about the timing you are needing the appraisal and the purpose of the appraisal.Be advised that all mortgage lenders are required to obtain their own independent valuations and that any appraisal obtained by a private party cannot be used for mortgage underwriting purposes for FNMA, VA, FHA, or Rural Development loans.When calling our office, please leave your name, phone number, and a detailed message as to the purpose of your call.
